The story of Mirco Della Vecchia, student  od D. Dolomieu institute in Longarone, had a great passion of pastry. At twenty years old open a pastry shop. After five years of managmenent, Mirco Della Vecchia partecipate and won many international chanpionship and won.

Since 2006 he is dedicated to the production of handmade chocolate with toasting of coffe and cacao beens.
