lab polvaneraThe magic dust that come from the Puglia region with Filippo Cassano by Cantina Povanera in Gioia del Colle in near Bari. The Bianco made with minutolo wine-grape and the Primitivo doc reserve "16"  vintage 2013 that come from fifty's years old implants of grape.

From a organic plantation the Bianco made with minutolo wine grape like color is straw-yellow with some light green reflex and the Primitivo 16 is dark red with ruby reflex. The smel of Bianco is rich of spring flowers with a light note of mint. The 16 has a smell very intersting sensation from the rose, red fruit and pepper with balsamic note similar to a tuscany wine.



The Taste of Bianco is fresh armonic with the smell, so it's possible find the senastion of fruit with a end lightly bitter very pleasure. Good to drink for aperitive but alsso with a fish salad or fresh vegetarian dishes and like chees the mozzarella. The 16 is a thich primitivo with a sweet start and afret the red fruit is mixed vith a ggod body with a tannin  very nice that support the end of black pepper. Wine this good for food  like meat or spicy food like indonesian gastronomy and tasty chees. The price for Bianco is around 14 US$ the Primitivo 16 is around 30 US$
