The sparkling wine come back to the origin in Italy:  in the Piedmont area in Santo Stefano Belbo famous for the good sweet moscato but Marcalberto has changed the own destiny that wanted to use the hit  of the ground and the style of champagne with a great balance by Millesimo2012 and the Blanc de Blanc.


Millesimo2012 made with 60%pinot noir and 40% chardonnay and the Blanc de Blanc made with Chardonnay by Marcalberto to Assaggi Divini with Alberto Cane. The Color for both is straw yellow with green reflex and buble quite thin. The smell are enogh intense clean with sensation of yeast

 

 

 

The style of the taste of both is the perfect balance with and the low lelevof sugar: the blanc de Blanc is a zero dosage. The Millesimo vintage 2012 use the Pinot noir that support the chardonnay to have a elegant and long mineral sensation. The Blanc de Blanc has more body and hareder sensations. This are wine the are enjaoble for aperitive and for the food. The Millesimo are good with tortiglias and speck the Blanc de Blanc also with grilled salted codfish and oil. The Cost for the Blanc del Balnc is around 26 US$ and Millesimo2012 sui 24 euro.
